Breaking up alliance with PDP at right time once they had all the secrets of valley politics, Money Flow for Terrorism , People Responsible for Militancy and problem makers. basically by this time BJP knew each and every thing about kashmir , its militancy and its causes .

The decision to walk out of the Jammu and Kashmir government was taken in a meeting convened by BJP president Amit Shah. The meeting was attended by all the BJP ministers in the Jammu and Kashmir government.

BJP state chief Ravinder Raina and party general secretary in charge of organisation Ashok Kaul were also present in the meeting held in New Delhi.

The BJP-PDP alliance had strained over a range of issues with the saffron party ministers and leaders in Jammu and Kashmir complaining against Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti's style of functioning. The BJP leaders alleged that Mufti had been taking unilateral decisions.

The best part is that all reasons given by BJP  for pulling out of government  indicated  Mehbooba Mufi and PDP pro pakistan pro terrorism  policies and whole india labelled as Antinational.

Here are the five reasons that led to BJP-PDP break up:

Mehbooba's Kashmir-centric approach

·         At the time of formation of the BJP-PDP government in 2015, the election had resulted in a fractured mandate. The BJP won a majority of seats in Jammu while PDP emerged largest in the Kashmir Valley. But with Mehbooba Mufti replacing father Mufti Mohammed Sayeed after the latter's death, the BJP resented an increasing focus of the government on Kashmir Valley.

·         The BJP complained that under Mehbooba Mufti, Kashmir Valley was being pampered at the cost of other regions of the state. The BJP does not have a strong presence in the Kashmir Valley while the regions of its influence were being allegedly ignored. The BJP felt cornered in Jammu region which is the stronghold of the party.

Rise in militancy

·         The BJP said that the Mehbooba Mufti government failed to contain militancy and radicalisation of youth in the Kashmir Valley. "The situation in Kashmir Valley has deteriorated...radicalisation is on the rise," Ram Madhav, the BJP general secretary and in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir, said today (June 19) in New Delhi.

·         The decision to withdraw from the government came a day after suspension of ceasefire in Kashmir Valley. Mehbooba Mufti is understood to have demanded extension of ceasefire in Kashmir Valley. The Centre had suspended operations against the terrorist outfits during Ramzan.

·         However, terror activities continued in the Valley. Noted journalist Shujaat Bukhari and army jawan Aurangzeb were killed by the terrorists during the period of ceasefire in the Kashmir Valley.

Kathua rape and murder

·         The rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in Kathua was a big dampener for the BJP-PDP alliance. The PDP was critical of the BJP going soft on the alleged party supporters of the accused. The local BJP leaders wanted a CBI inquiry into the incident while Mehbooba Mufti preferred probe by the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

·         In the days following the Kathua rape and murder, the BJP was being seen losing ground in Jammu region. The incident had gained a communal twist with rallies being held in support and against the accused.

Unilateral decisions by Mehbooba Mufti

·         The BJP leaders of Jammu and Kashmir are believed to have complained to the central leadership that Mehbooba Mufti was taking unilateral decisions in the matter of governance and the saffron party was not being given due importance.

·         PDP took the unilateral decision to release stone pelters, not to relocate Bakkarwalas from the government's land and doling out land grants to religious outfit Ahle Hadees. On the other hand, the BJP could not secure any relief for those named in cases filed in incidents related to Amarnath land movement.


        2019 Lok Sabha Elections

·         Resolving the Kashmir issue was one of the poll promises of the BJP in 2014. However, the situation on the ground has worsened in the past four years -- both in the Valley and along the Line of Control. In a year's time, the BJP will be seeking votes and if the situation in the Kashmir Valley doesn't mprove, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's image of a strong leader would take a beating.

·         The BJP-led government has advocated a hawkish policy towards Kashmiri separatists and militants. The PDP was being seen as an obstruction in carrying out anti-terror plans devised by the security forces. With Governor's rule in Jammu and Kashmir, the Modi government would be in a better position to implement its policy to tackle separatism and militancy in the Valley.

Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.

First action was to  withdaw from BJP –PDP alliance before elections  and transfer the power to Governor to give consent to any bill making J&k assembly irrelevant...

Presidential order to transfer power of J&K assembly to Indian Parliament was passed in 2018 itself using the power of President of India under Article 356.

Indian National Congress and Opposition .

Amendment of Article 370 clause for SC, ST quota, a master stroke by Modi Govt to keep opposition quiet cos if they backtrack they will be labelled as anti dalits, which they couldnt  afford at any cost and also completly silenced  dalit favouring opposition parties

•           Cabinet clears amendment of Article 370 clause for SC, ST quota

•           The Union Cabinet was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi

•           The ordinance will have to be promulgated by the President.

           

"It will serve the purpose of application of relevant provisions of the Constitution of India, as amended through the Constitution (Seventy Seventh Amendment) Act, 1995 and Constitution (One Hundred and third Amendment) Act, 2019 for Jammu and Kashmir, by issuing the Constitution (Application to Jammu and Kashmir) Amendment Order, 2019 by the President under clause (1) of Article 370,"

The ordinance will have to be promulgated by the President.

Article 370 states that Supreme Court or High Court decisions are not applicable to Jammu and Kashmir , modi government very smartly not eliminated article 370, they just nullified its major clauses making it toothless and didnt ammended the clause regarding interference of supreme court and high court on jammu and kashmir . Another Master Sroke by Modi Government , since S/C H/C had no powers to intervene in Jammu and Kashmir so all PIL s made to court challenging govt decision of  revoking article 370 went into dustbin. what a clever strategic planning , this made me fan of there brilliant planning.

In order to validate it further and remove any objection from opposition parties through the Supreme court, a new SC/ST amendment was brought in and passed using this power and as expected HC or SC courts did not or could not say anything but agree

Mainstream Parties of Kashmir like PDP and National Conference

With assembly dissolved and  governors rule in Kashmir, these parties had already made powerless, and media exposed there pro-pak agenda and inclination towards hurriyat and radical youths , stone pelters making whole india know the real face of  muftis and abdullas .and by passing  presidential order to transfer power of J&K assembly to Indian Parliament whcih was passed in 2018 itself using the power of President of India under Article 356 made them completly irrelevant.

Hurriyat Conference and Jamat – E- Islami

Modi Government with all the intelligence and secrets collected during there alliance  tenure with pdp unleashed all security and financial agencies like NIA and ED on Hurriyat and Jamat-E-Islami , with country angry on pulwama attack modi govt took quick actions , banning jamat-e-islami completly, arresting there leaders and workers , and also arresting radicals like Yasin Malik , Asiya Andrabi , Nasrat Alam and others  and transferred them to jails outside Kashmir  They also kept hurriyat leaders under house arrest, removed there security and perks they were getting from indian Govt  and  some were arrested . This all was done in just one night in one swift operation .

NIA and Agencies did an excellent job exposing all leaders , there assets , and completly choked terror

financing there by stopping money flow to radical youths and stone pelters which stopped stone pelting and finance to support terrorist infrastructure.

Pakistan

Pakistan which was already bankrupt asking loans from everyone and FATA placing it on grey list put final nail to its coffin by doing pulwama attack and with JEM  claiming responsibility pakistan was completly exposed,  india attacked it internationally and hit its economy further by taking back MFN Status and imposing 200% duty on imports from pakistan . Pakistan economy got a major blow with basic  consumables price skyrocketing , it was followed by a brilliant airstrike by indian airforce with no condemnation from world leaders . Stage was set for Narendra Modi 2.0., Pakistan also emptied terror launchpads and infiltration almost stopped across LOC.. Pakistan was in now in no way capable of financing terror activities in Kashmir.

Preparations before announcing removal of Article 370

·         Passed  Various bills to ammend UAPA Law, NIA Ammendment Bill , and  other related laws in a record   breaking time .

•          Massive Troops Moved to Kahmir  giving the reason of terror threats
•          Cancelled  Amarnath Yatra and asking tourists to leave valley immediately.
•          Arrest and Detension of all seperatists and people known for provoking violence in Valley.
•         Just one day before ,placing  main stream political leaders of PDP and INC  under house arrest         to keep check  on them.
•          now with all roadblocks removed and  security arrangements in place, next day amit shah                    announced removal of clauses of article 370.

•          President declares his right to abrogate 370 and  simultaneousl bills to make 370 / 35A toothless        and powerless on our constitution is passed in RS on August 5,2019 and LS on Aug 6, 2019 both by 2/3rd majority.

After Article 370 was removed the paid antinational lawyers did all kind of brainstorming to challenge action of government in supreme court and found that  bjp planned it so well that they can do absolutely nothing about it and now will have to live with it.

SYNOPSIS :  

IMPOSSIBLE MADE POSSIBLE AFTER 72 YEARS by MODI-SHAH-DOVAL giving a stinging slap on all anti nationals who dared this MSD trio to remove Art 370! 

As to why bifurcation of J&K and Ladakh was done INSTEAD of Trifurcation as conjectured by various experts, here is the possible explanation! 

In the instrument of accession signed by Maharaja Hari singh in 1947/48 with Union of India,  it mentions 'Jammu and Kashmir! Ladakh was probably not even mentioned! (Some one ratify this!)

The entity, 'Jammu and Kashmir' must exist as one State because  POK was part and parcel of J&K in 1947/48 when instrument of accession was signed! This must be kept separate to later integrate POK into our J&K which was rightfully ours! 

In future as and when India claims or demands PoK, then this signed instrument of accession would be needed to show that accession was for entire J&K that included the POK that was allowed to be taken by Pakistan later by the devious collusion of Nehru and Sheikh Abdulla! 

LESSON : Dont ever dare to challenge capabilities of MODI SHAH AND DOVAL Doctrine, they cant make impossible things possible.
