Note : This article is based on various information on public domain, i dont own any picture or vedio mentioned in the article this is my own analysis on the allegations that was put on Narendra Modi Govt on CAA and NPR I may be right , i may be wrong but this is what i perceive. it also mentions the replies made by Honorable Law Minister Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad to INDIA T.V. Aap ki Adalat show
My aim is not to criticize or offend anyone , i am just writing down my personal obsevations , and it doesn't project view point of any Political Party , Organization , Entity or Individual. .
WHAT MADE ME WRITE THIS ARTICLE ?
I saw a continuous effort to Malign my country INDIA and downgrade the immense work done my hon PM Sri Narendra Modiji , who along with his team work day and night to benefit every Indian citizen irrespective of religion caste creed. Its painful to see that our leader who is perhaps the most respected Prime Minister World Wide , who has made India so powerful , he takes care of Indians not only in India but world wide , when such a fatherly figure is being called anti Muslim., fascist. It not only hurts me but am sure it hurts all patriotic right thinking Indians . Narendra Modiji is the person who brought down Pakistan on its knees by his aggressive diplomacy and Defensive Offence Policy of NSA Sri Ajit Doval.
Also i found that the information on CAA, NPR is very scattered and not produced in one single article which can make everyone reach a conclusion , i wont discuss NRC as its not drafted , like pseudo liberals i wont comment on something that doesn't exist yet.
THE WRONG PERCEPTION
Since The conversation started on the Perception that Hon Prime Minister , BJP and Team Modi Hates Muslims and wants to get rid of Muslims is a deliberate attempt to malign Modi Ji .and his image.
An atmosphere of fear and hatred been created by western media , anti nationals and so called single sided opportunist liberals. if you see the events and speeches we can very well make out how meaning of word SECULAR and LIBERAL. both words means MINORITY APPEASEMENT which has come out of a dictionary named ANTI MODI.
Lets have a look at some major work NARENDRA MODIJI and his team ,
1. Work which directly benefited Muslim Population .
2. Work which mainly benefited Muslim Population.
3. Work which benefited everyone including Muslims
Although i am feeling bad classifying work by Modiji , Ravi Shankar Prasad and there team on religious grounds as they always plan the reforms and work for benefiting Indians, religion doesnt even come in there mind.
Reforms and decisions directly benefiting Muslim Society
TRIPLE TALAK BILL
we all have seen how hard Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad fought to remove social evil of Instant Triple Talak They made several attempts to bring a law to ban the evil practice of instant Triple Talaq in 2018 and 2019 but both the attempts failed as the government did not have majority in the upper house i.e. Rajya Sabha of the Indian Parliament. Opposition parties led by Indian National Congress, All India Trinamool Congress etc. opposed this reform tooth and nail in the Parliament. However, a determined Narendra Modi Government decided to make a third attempt to get this law passed in the Parliament in July 2019. This time also the same set of political parties opposed this social reform to bring about gender justice, gender parity and gender dignity to Muslim women of India for their considerations of vote bank.
As the Law Minister of India, Ravi Shankar Prasad reintroduced the Bill in the Lok Sabha and after getting it passed from Lok Sabha, it was moved into Rajya Sabha which also passed it by a majority of 99 to 84. Subsequently, the President of India gave his assent to this Bill and it became and Act.
Muslim women across the country celebrated this reform that has allowed them to come out of fear of immediate whimsical desertion by their husbands.
SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP TO MUSLIMS
Modi government special scholarship scheme that would cover 50 million Muslim students.
The scholarships are for pre-matric, post-matric and professional and technical course studies. The scheme, spread over the next five years, is meant to teach students modern subjects like mathematics, science and geography. Another scheme is meant to train and appoint professional teachers in the madrasas.
Interestingly, 50 per cent of the scholarships will be reserved for Muslim girls as the PM feels women should play a major role in any social or community reform.
"Through the scholarships, the Modi government is trying to create an atmosphere of healthy inclusive growth by eradicating the disease of communalism and appeasement politics," says Union minister for minority affairs, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. "Our approach to the minorities is based on the three Es-- Education, Employment and Empowerment."

2. Release of Prisoners from Saudi Arabia At the request of the PM @narendramodi, His Royal
Highness the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has ordered the release of 850 Indian prisoners .
3. Financial aid to Muslim students :
MCD schools (for primary education) in Delhi have this special provision, of distributing school uniforms and providing financial help in the form of cash money to all the Muslim students. This was proposed to attract more Muslim childern to these schools & its been in practice for many years…
But what was happening actually that the parents came to school only twice after enrolling :
- To collect money and uniforms
- For requesting the principal to make their wards appear in exams because most of these students were absent from the classes for whole year
- NOW, what Modi did last year was that the Muslim kids with attendance over 75% and marks over 45% would be eligible for the uniforms and cash!!
I believe he put an end to this malpractice and it also acts as a motivation for students to attend classes regularly and hence perform better!!
Moreover, now all this data goes to and the money comes directly from the PM office and not from MCD offices, thereby reducing corruption too.
Some people are asking how PMO can manage all this despite it being a state government matter!!
Well, MCD doesn't come under Delhi govt. or AAP rule. It's an autonomous body being governed by BJP for over a decade now.
and less people know that more muslims got scholarships in Modi Govt than UPA Govt.
OPERATION RAHAT : Rescued 3,500 Indians from war zone Yemen, Most of it were muslims .
Actually there are lots and lots of policies of modi gove weather its ujjawala , Ayushman Bharat , and many other reforms that were done by modi govt which benefited every citizen of india which includes muslims , if i start writing about them then it will remove focus from the topic i wish to write about.

I thought how to cover entire thing in one article, then i saw Hon Law Minister Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad in AAJ KI ADALAT show in INDIA TV , answering to tough questions with clarity making to the point answers on CAA and NPR and also explained the accusation that because of BJP govt.
muslims are in fear .
Ravi Shankar Prasad ji is an Indian lawyer, politician and the current Union Minister holding the Law and Justice, Communications and Electronics and Information Technology portfolios in the Government of India.
As we know he is a pioneer of Modi Govt and a master in legal aspects, he is being credited Empowered Muslim Women By Bringing a Law to Ban Evil of Instant Triple Talaq
President of India gave his assent[ to the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights of Marriage) Act, 2019 on 1 August 2019..
I thought in order to understand and clarity on CAA , NRC and NPR i must look at his clarifications , in recent AP KI ADALAT program , he answered some of the toughest questions put to him , he as usual was very convincing and took the questions head on
i also found that answers of every question is there but the information is scattered , specially on the false allegations that are being put on BJP Govt and there rebuttals. so lets go through it and try to understand what all he said on the questions put on him.

FEAR AMONG MUSLIMS
Now he explains the way his government thinks, he says only famous people gets padmashree, this time we should give padmashree to poor people who have done good work for society. Mentioning the name of Karimul Hague.
Karimul Hague is a worker in the tea gardens of West Bengal. Locally known as Bike-Ambulance-dada, he has received the Padma Shri award for his work supporting the villagers in and around Dhalabari by bringing sick people to hospital in his motorcycle ambulance.

Delhi Riots were state sponsored to malign the peaceful protest that was going on in Shaheen Bagh .
Dr Ravi Shankar Prasad Said that riots have taken place before also , even india has seen state sponsored riots in 1984, and as far as delhi riots are concerned its under investigation , but vertain facts cant be ignored .
1, He praises two journalists of India T.V. who were brave enough to go to shaheen bagh and expose what exactly is going on there , he was referring to this video .
No doubt it was a fearless journalism done under extremely dangerous atmosphere , i feel so proud of India tv journalist Meenakshi Joshi who went there , confronted people out there, she counted only 19 people sitting out there, then a man came and asked females not to speak to meenakshi joshi by putting fingure on his mouth then a hooter voice was head and suddenly thousand people came there. this clearly the showed how this conspiracy of shaheen bagh works. its a mind blowing video which everyone should see.
Ravi shankar prasad appreciated them for exposing shaheen bagh conspiracy., he also said that people have seen the amount of acid, petrol bombs and arsenal is seized at corporators home , he didnt took name and blamed anyone directly , but everybody knows regarding whom he was talking , which is evident from this vedio .
But being in a constitutional respected position he didn't commented more and said that case is under investigation. , but i personally feel that investigation is going in right direction.
THE KAPIL MISHRA CONTROVERSY
ACCUSATION - 3 :
There is an accusation that a day before Riots began BJP politician Kapil Sharma made a statement after which riots started . so lets have a look at his statement and chronology of events that happened that day..
My analysis on this question.

As we know potestors had hijacked the highway that goes from Noida to Faridabad and public was troubled for 50 days when riots started , court send mediators, it didnt worked , series of hate speeches delivered at that place, still govt didnt use any force against them, court also could do nothing on this, on this day the proteststors who were protesting for problem that didnt even exist went to the next level of blackmailing the government by doing dharna at the place where three highways meet, some also occupied metro station, declaring that a new shaheen bagh is created , with govt, coutt, police being helpless , somebody had to take an initiative to counter this. and i feel Kapil Mishra was brave enough to take that initiative , it was not alone kapil mishra voice , it was voice of every common person who were being troubled by these protesters . ,now lets see what exactly kapil mishra said.
He said that its enough, we wont let any other shaheen bagh been made under any circumstances , and requested police to clear the highway and if police will not do it , then as soon as Donald Trumps leaves India public will come on street to vacate them, he didnt mention hindu muslim, , he didnt ask for violence , he just said what actually common public wished , and its a fact it couldn't go on forever , when Government which is democratic and secular , police , and even court are not able to solve a problem , then its public that intervenes and solve the problem .
The biggest example of this was coup that happened in turkey, when rebel general tried to throw the government then it was public who came on streets and stopped that coup.
along wth this Anurag Thakur statement was also marketed heavily by antinationals, lets see his statement . He said GOLI MARO GADDARO KO mean SHOOT THE TRAITORS, and i am still surprised what wrong did he said by making this statement , every country , every patriotic person doesn't want traitors around . only that person will get effected or object this statement who knows or thinks that he or she is a traitor
As far as Ravi Shankar Prasad is concerned , he just said that he condemns every hate speech , the subject is under investigation and as a law minister he cant comment on this .
Accusation -4 :
There is an accusation that B.J.P Government is not willing to talk to protestors to clarify there doubts on CAA, and NPR.
Now lets see what Law Minister Said on this. : He said that he even appealed before and even saying now that these kind of speeches should not be made by anyone , and being law minister of india he cant say anything more than this , and we should understand that his position has a responsibility.
Then he added referring to his previous interview that many times in that interview he appealed through India T.V. channel that he is ready for structured conversation with protesters even home minister Amit Shah asked protesters to send a delegation to his office and he will clarify all the doubts they have in there mind regarding CAA, but no response came from other side , and then they organized a march of thousand people to HOME MINISTRY to talk to home minister , its not possible to speak to a group of thousand people at a time .
He said that even he wants to talk to protesters , he himself wants to clarify there doubts , then he slammed congress party for there double standards and hypocrisy. . He mentioned following points .
- He said that he will also tell that Ashok Gehlot the then chief minister of Rajasthan during congress regime wrote a letter to centre seeking citizenship to to give citizenship to the Hindu/Sikhs who’re facing religious persecution in Pakistan. TIMES NOW accesses that 2009 letter written by Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot on the same , which clearly states the hypocrisy and double standards of congress party who now opposes what it promoted during congress regime. , to which congress had no other answer except saying that B.J.P. is politicizing CAA/ ,
- He also said that he will also tell them that Manmohan Singh asked Deputy P.M. L.K. Advani to give citizenship to minorities in Bangladesh., lets see what Manmohan Singh said .
Exposing hypocrisy of Congress he said if they do anything its good , if same thing is done by Modi Government then it becomes wrong .
Continuing he said , in-spite of all this BJP is ready to talk to protesters to clarify there doubts but thr conversation should be structured and delegation should come to them for any clarification, we cant talk to a mob, he clarified.
Continuing he reached out to muslim population saying India is as much there as much it belongs to us, muslims and hindus have together made this beautiful country, when we talk of contribution, we always talk about contribution and patriotism of ABDUL HAMEED and ABDUL .J. KALAAM. , Also talk about cricketer Irfan Pathan, When we talk of bollywood we also talk about Sharukh Salman and Amir Khan , every person has contributed to the success of india, if today he is law minister it is because of blessings of everyone , if Narendra Modi got the strong mandate to become prime minister its because of blessings of everyone , its because his work has benefited everyone . India is an excellent example of democracy where people of every religion live together with peace and harmony, but dont know why thee are some people who wants to spread hatred and wishes to see divded india. .
MY OBSERVATION
STRATEGY OF COMMUNICATION GAP
As we know that Muslim ladies and people in this protest were just at the forefront , it was there advisors and planners who were determining there action plan. and clearly one can see that the planners didn't wanted any communication between Government and Protesters ,cos then it would have made protesters realise that they are protesting against something that doesnt even exist , thats why they organized a mob to march till Home Ministry as they knew that government will not talk to a mob. every movement has leaders who represent the movement and and are its face
Thats why they allowed only those people and media that are known for there anti national stand inside shaheen bagh, we all have seen how mens stopped females from talking to nationalist media like INDIA TV, ZEE NEWS or REPUBLIC TV. . Communication gap between government and protesters was there most important tool to keep this protest going, and they successfully managed it.

DOUBLE STANDARDS OF CONGRESS PARTY :
By pointing towards speeches of previous congress leaders , he beautifully explained how they change there stand on CAA after BJP Govt took over , and that they are just opposing as Modi Govt is Implementing this, and this is a well known fact that they oppose everything that Modi Govt does ,weather its good or bad.
